Stuart D. Goldstein
Stuart D. Goldstein, age 56, sometimes compares his successful real estate career to his world-class squash racquets achievements. In professional competition he attained USA ranking number one and World hardball ranking number two before going on to win the World Professional Squash Championship in 1978. During his ten years of competition he learned that success requires exhaustive preparation and a patient game plan. Carrying over those lessons to real estate investment and management, Stuart underscores the need for meticulous research, conservative planning and attention to detail.
